About Harold

Harold F. Caley is a highly respected leader in the field of labour relations, offering expert consulting services to organizations seeking fair and sustainable labour agreements. His extensive experience encompasses all facets of labour relations, from collective bargaining and interest arbitration to conflict resolution and strategic advice.

With a distinguished career spanning decades, Harold founded the nationally recognized labour law firm CaleyWray, representing trade unions across Canada. He has appeared before the CIRB, the OLRB, and numerous grievance/interest arbitrations, earning the respect of opposing counsel and adjudicators alike.

In the published book by Chambers Canada, Canada’s Leading Lawyers for 2016, a publication researched by an Editorial and a Research Team, seeking input from clients and lawyers in the particular geographic jurisdiction, Harold was selected as the only "Senior Statesman" on the Trade Union side in Canada.
