His extensive experience encompasses all facets of labour relations, from collective bargaining and interest arbitration to conflict resolution and strategic advice.

With a distinguished career spanning decades, Harold founded the nationally recognized labour law firm CaleyWray, representing trade unions across Canada. He has appeared before the CIRB, the OLRB, and numerous grievance/interest arbitrations, earning the respect of opposing counsel and adjudicators alike.

In the published book by Chambers Canada, Canada’s Leading Lawyers for 2016, a publication researched by an Editorial and a Research Team, seeking input from clients and lawyers in the particular geographic jurisdiction, Harold was selected as the only "Senior Statesman" on the Trade Union side in Canada.
